Cardinal Red IPA

Cardinal is named for the crimson colour achieved in the brewing of this west-coast Red IPA. An American hop blend lends piney, earthy and resinous aroma to a slightly fruity malt backbone with a citrusy bitter, west coast IPA finish.

Fusion Hazy IPA

6.9% ABV – 30 IBU

Fusion Hazy IPA is a delectable blend of traditional ingredients brewed in the contemporary New England IPA style. Fermented and dry-hopped with German hops Callista, Ariana and Hallertau Blanc, this meld yields a modern IPA with tropical aromas and flavours of stone fruit, orange, candy berries and lemongrass.

Hefe Weissbier

Originally brewed for Bavarian royalty, our take on this historic German weissbier hits all the classic notes. Unfiltered and hazy, refreshingly effervescent, and with heaps of the defining yeast characteristics reminiscent of the style: aroma and flavour of banana, clove and just a hint of bubble gum. Bright, creamy and complex with a crisp, dry finish. Prost!

Spindrift Cider

We partnered with our friends over at Lake City Cider for an educational collaboration session to make this clean, crisp and full-bodied cider. Made with freshly pressed NS apples, this cold fermented, off-dry cider is very refreshing. This was such a fun project and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results… try it for yourself!

Lavandula – Lavender Honey Saison

Lavandula is highlighted by notes of soft honey sweetness and a complementary floral aroma. Featuring an addition of dried lavender buds and a delicate blend of hops, this Saison drinks light, bright, and bubbly. Thanks to the hard-working Canadian honeybees pollinating wild blueberry fields, we incorporated their balanced blueberry blossom honey to promote subtle residual sweetness in this brew.

Toller Gold – Quality Crafted Lager

Quality, affordable, local lager now widely available in Atlantic Canada. Crisp, clean and easy drinking. A refreshing, crystal-clear and straw-coloured lager with aromas of corn, barley and cereal grains. Toller Ice
